Responsible gaming and security

If one of your loved ones is addicted to gambling, you can temporarily or even permanently exclude them from playing or betting by reporting the addiction to The Belgian gaming commission.

Don't hesitate to ask for support in one of the many help centres.

Playing should be enjoyable and should serve as relaxation. If you think you can't seem to be in complete control of this anymore, you can set yourself a deposit limit, play time limit and loss limit in your settings.

If this is not enough, or you think it is better for you to temporarily or even permanently no longer have the opportunity to gamble, please register with The Belgain gaming commission. If you think you may be addicted or would like to talk about this issue, take a look at our Responsible gaming section, where you can find useful addresses of organizations that offer help for gaming addiction.

Yes, Hotwin.be is registered with the Belgium Gaming Authority and has obtained a Belgian license. This means that you play at a legal casino recognized by the Belgian Gaming Commission.
